Resting A Key To Pace.


The importance of rest is key to any progression. Amongst all the progress in the race and the pace you set you are not an unrelenting juggernaut you must find time for rest. As for me I have not rested in sometime and my body does not agree with this path so today I slept in. I decided to do Yoga X on Friday which is my usual exercise break.

There is nothing wrong with changing course slightly one week in order to stay healthy. For me that is this week. It is not a monumental shift and I will go back to my normal pace next week but for now I am resting today. That being said let look at the Goal Update.

COMPLETED:

Body:


  • Weight Gained: 5lbs so I am now 160.
  • Completed AB Ripper Consecutively but now at 100% of the asked for reps
  • Eating right and finding new Low-Cal Recipes for me and my wife.
  • Keeping a Food Journal
  • And started waking earlier.


  • Set date to get wisdom teeth pulled.

Mind:

  • Applying to for Teachers Credential.
  • Started with Budget for Financial Peace University.
  • Cut video games down to nil for now. 

Spirit:

  • Visited the Church Antioch
  • Learning to be more Charitable
  • Finished Book of Genesis and Acts


GOALS:

Body:

  • Complete Yoga X
  • Continue towards my Muscle Goal of 170lbs

Mind:

  • Finish college application
  • Finish book outline and begin writing
  • Practice Memorizing the 7 Decisions 


Spirit:

  • Practice Praying through out the day
  • Go to Antioch Again
  • Continue on Journey through the Word
